  1. Well it Dec. 28th, Saturday and there is much excitement since the kick off is just 7 days away. Hope everyone had a good holiday/vacation and your batteries are well charged when it comes to ideas and concepts.
We will all watch the reveal, then you will see what this 2020 season is all about when it comes to building this years robot. Remember you might not be directly working on the bot at times; however, all the work is important. It could be working on field items which will used for testing the bot, putting together bumpers, planning a working pit, learning the rules and their changes, if they change at all. Designing with software or CAD (cardboard aided design):) too, whatever works for you to get a concept across to other people is what communication is about.
You might be doing something that might not seam so import but overall, it’s all important and it takes effort from everyone to be part of a team.
If there are any questions please ask a mentor or talk to your team captains or sub group leaders. We are hear to learn from each other, be safe and most importantly have fun doing it.
See you all next Thursday the 2nd.

  2. The preseason robot frame has been somewhat updated and passed on to the Electrical group to wire up the Talons. Once that is finished, the programming team will have the bot to test the code and drive.
There are a few students working on a portable parts bin and hope to see some drawings tonight. If we have some help on this Saturday’s(12-13-19) clean up, we will have a better idea of materials available before we need to order materials for this build.

    Remember your ideas are important!

If there are any questions please email me, Harvey Russell
